As every MCD. No taste, no atmosphere... Only coffee is OK.

Partly older, lukewarm hamburgers and not so clean. The staff should also speak English😕

A nice MC Donalds. Unfortunately there is often not the food we would like to order. Sometimes there is a bit rude staff, on the other hand the very nice ones make up for it. Therefore the two stars deducted.

Normal selection as always. Food was prepared quickly despite a large order and the citizens were also warm

We waited half an hour for the food and when we finally got it it was cold and something was missing, it definitely has to get better!

Lukewarm food, dirty floor you had to be careful not to slip. Cleanliness is a foreign word. Order was brought to the table incomplete and we only received everything after repeated requests. We were on site for almost an hour during this time, and no cleaning took place.

Unfortunately it doesn't get any better. The waitress speaks less and less German and mostly something is missing. 👎

C'mon it's MCD, you know what to expect.

Point 1. Nobody can speak a word of German Point 2. With every order I make at the drive in counter, something is missing at the end ... Point 3. Called 14 times on different days, nobody answered the phone. Point 4. No breakfast and eat mostly cold. Item 5. Do your damn job right ... I hate burger king and don't want to be forced to go there ....

Unfortunately no Mc Cafe. From paper cups Drinking coffee isn't exactly tasty. A toilet and a pee basin were locked. It's also very narrow. Eat as usual. Lots of parking spaces for cars.

Very disappointing last 3 visits. There is always something missing from the order on the MC Drive. Today I forgot 2 shakes again, they came on request. We drove off and didn't look straight away, chips were also missing. The burger quickly and sloppily topped. I would also wait 2 minutes longer if everything fits. If the taste wasn't given by MC, they'd screw it up too. The most incompetent Mc in the area used to be better. Will only drive through to BK or further to Genshagen.

Always incomplete or incorrect orders ... fries mostly cold or old. Unfortunately there is rarely someone who speaks German properly ... Not recommended

After my order at the terminal, the food came very quickly, which I also liked. Unfortunately it was incomplete and there was only water in the soft drink without any taste. My complaint was responded to quickly. The staff was friendly.

I was cheated there ... I got receipts other than the food I ordered, the seller gave a different amount and another was taken from the card ...

Super dirty only 1 out of 4 screens were working (not cuz of covid). Disgusting food for a McDonalds

Absolutely incompetent. When ordering, 2 things were forgotten. It is also dirty. You photo from the loo. The water is moldy. That means it has not been cleaned for days.

Good service and the food you would expect. Unfortunately too much rubbish. A new concept is needed quickly. It is no longer in keeping with the times.

Really long waiting time, order got messed and we received different stuff.. one item was missing from the order and we received one nuggets to few.. when ordering ice cream with coffee, the ice cream mostly melted while the crew was struggling to figure out, how to operate the coffee machine.. all in all a very poor experience

All OK Fast Service and Clean Restaurant. But why the Card terminal are so low in the Computer to Order?

Never seen a Mc Donal so dirty! What a shame! Staff unfriendly , but cleaning was really a nightmare. I don't even talk about the toilets. Never there again!

Had interactions with two people from the staff and they were both nice. Place for changing baby. No self service. Small place

Refill of drink was not made for it's purpose... i don't even know why they do it.. might be that they are just lazy.

The staff were fine, it was pretty clean, but the food was pretty much the worst I've ever had at this chain. It pretty much turned to mulch just from looking at it. The one at the Mall of Berlin is way better.
